“Odwaga jest na wyciągnięcie ręki: nie trzeba jej kupować za pieniądze. Nie trzeba się jej uczyć w szkole! Odwaga to jest coś, no nie? Jeśli masz odwagę, to wszystko musi się udać!” – Geraldine McCaughrean, ‘Piotruś Pan w czerwieni’
‘…The most rejuvenating idea of all, and the greatest step to any true illumination, is the realization that your exterior life springs from the invisible world of your reality through your conscious thoughts and beliefs, for then you realize the power of your individuality and identity. You are immediately presented with choices. You can no longer see yourself as a victim of circumstances. Yet the conscious mind arose precisely to open up choices, to free you from a one-road experience, to let you use your creativity to form diversified, varied comprehensions. Let us make a clear distinction here: Your conscious beliefs direct the flow of unconscious processes which bring your ideas into physical reality, so while your thoughts cause your experience, you are not consciously aware of how this takes place.
Your thoughts give the general outline of the reality that you physically experience. Your emotions will fill in the patterns of light. Your imagination will forge these together. The sound of your inner thoughts is the medium that you actually use. This is far more than an analogy, however, for in simple terms it explains quite clearly the way in which your beliefs form your reality.
Thoughts, have properties that you do not perceive—properties that not only affect matter, but that form their own greater patterns outside of your reality. These follow their own, say, laws. You add on to, or build up your own reality, in other dimensions throughout your physical life.
You know that emotions change the physical cells, sweeping through them as wind through branches, and leaving imprints in many realities, leaving imprints within the reality of dreams, the physical reality, and in electrical reality, in terms of coded systems. There should be an easy flow and acceptance of such emotions, wherein they come and go; but ego often holds them tightly, for its own purposes, in which case they become imprisoned, and become stronger than they were.
It is only from this viewpoint (constant moment-by-moment creation) that the true nature of physical matter can be understood. It is only by comprehending the nature of this constant translation of thoughts and desires — not into words now, but into physical objects — that you can realize your true independence from circumstance, time and environment.
There are no accidents in cosmic terms, or in terms of the world as you know it. Your beliefs grow as surely in time and space as flowers do. You create your own reality according to the nature of your beliefs.
Because of your psychological and psychic structure, there is within the rich makeup of your being a literally endless variety of what you may call probable selves. In one reality or another these will all be experienced. In your present existence, however, you will utilize only those psychological characteristics that you Believe you possess. So, you see, the personality can not be defined as being thus-and-so.
The physical constitution of the body follows your beliefs. And so, all of its sense data will faithfully mirror the beliefs that direct its activity.
The “you” that you presently conceive yourself to be represents the emergence into physical experience of but one probable state of your being, who then directs corporeal life and “frames” and defines all sense data. When your ideas about yourself change, so does your experience.
The overall private experience that you perceive forms your world. But, Which world do you inhabit? For if you altered your beliefs and therefore your private sensations of reality, then that world (seemingly the only one) would also change. You do go through transformations of beliefs all the time. And, your perception of the world is different. You seem to be, no longer, the person that you were. You are quite correct. You are Not the person that you were. And, your world Has changed and not just symbolically.
Often you fall into lapses in which you actually pull in your consciousness, so to speak, and experience life in a lesser fashion. In such a state you do not seem to experience yourself directly. And, indeed, in the midst of what you think of as the waking state you act in the most mechanical of fashions, following habit and being less aware of sensual stimuli.
On such occasions your beliefs usually lose their edge, the directions you give to your body are not clear, and the world seems fuzzy. This is often a time of deep unconscious activity, when new latent probable characteristics are biding their time, so to speak, waiting for emergence.
The unharmonious sounds have become a part of that portion of the body as a result of the inner sound of your own thought-beliefs. That is why it is vital that you do not reinforce these inner sounds through repeating the same negative suggestions to yourself. Verbal suggestions are translated into inner sound.
Value fulfillment itself is most difficult to describe, for it combines the nature of a loving presence – a presence with the innate knowledge of its own divine complexity – with a creative ability of infinite proportions that seeks to bring to fulfillment even the slightest, most distant portion of its own inverted complexity. Translated into simpler terms, each portion of energy is endowed with an inbuilt reach of creativity that seeks to fulfill its own potentials in all possible variations – and in such a way that such a development also furthers the creative potentials of each other portion of reality.
The more fully you learn to live, the more the seemingly hidden ‘mysteries of the universe’ begin to appear. They do not necessarily make themselves known with great clamor or fanfare, but suddenly the most innocuous, innocent bird song or the sight of a leaf might reveal knowledge of the profoundest nature. It is ironic, then, that many people who seek to discover the ‘hidden’ mysteries of nature ignore nature itself, or consider the physical body as gross or somehow composed of lesser vibrations.
